I am Monica "Khadijah" Williams . My friends call me Khadijah. I am Mom, Wife and Mimi to my four precious grandaughters. My professional caeer as an early childhood educator for clsoe to twenty years along with a BS in Early Education and a spacial interest in special needs has helped me to discover my passion to educate children and adults. My career as an entrepreneur in network marekting has helped me to connect with others around the word and rediscover myself and achieve many goals. During my life I have been in postions of leadership and the name Boos Lady was given to me by my business team and team of educators.
My community is Woman , Children and Families .
The woman in my community are dedicated to continued growth from the inside out. My goal is to Inspire ,motivate and coach women to know their value and bring out their inner Boss Lady.
The community of early childhood education is a very rewarding community. My goal is to provide a loving , safe, enriching envioronment for the children and families. I am dedicated in supporting the family to flourish.
My journery is one of self discovery. In my 20's and 30's, I experienced times of depression, lack of self worth, and feeling defeated. I lived a life of surviving and not thriving. In 2015 I rediscovered the industry of network marketing. I became a part of a communtiy of people who helped me to self develop, inspire and motivate me to live a full life of goddness instead of just exsisting.

I made a goal to take my dreams off the shelf , dust them off and achieve each and every one of them and continue the process for the rest of my life.
